Description: Grilled squash
Ingredients: 1 large yellow squash or zuchini
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 tablespoons of parmesian cheese, fresh grated
Mrs. Dash, pepper, garlic & onion powder
How To Prepare: Cut squash lengthwise in half. Place skin side down. Put 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil on each. Season well. Carefully place 1 tablespoon of freshly grated parmesian cheese on each. Grill skin side down and do not flip. Insert a knife to test for doneness.
Number of Servings: 2
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: about 5 net, depending on size
