Grilled squash

Ingredients:
|
1 large yellow squash or zuchini
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 tablespoons of parmesian cheese, fresh grated
Mrs. Dash, pepper, garlic & onion powder
|

How To Prepare:
|
Cut squash lengthwise in half. Place skin side down. Put 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil on each. Season well. Carefully place 1 tablespoon of freshly grated parmesian cheese on each. Grill skin side down and do not flip. Insert a knife to test for doneness.
