Description: I came up with this while trying to figure out a low-carb version of cranberry relish. I really like it, although I have to limit servings to about 1/4 cup as it is still a little high in carbs.
Ingredients: 12 oz. cranberries, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup low-sugar orange marmalade
1/4 cup Splenda
1/4 cup SF Davinci raspberry syrup
How To Prepare: Chop cranberries in food processor, then walnuts. Mix with the rest of the ingredients.
Number of Servings: 10 quarter cup servings
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Effort (Easy, Average, Difficult): Easy
