Description: This apple compote is a nice substitution to the regular old apple sauce.
Ingredients: Thin boneless pork chops
salt & pepper
garlic powder
olive oil to fry

compote:
apples (peeled and chopped)
1/2 packet stevia powder
1/8 c. brown sugar
dash cinnamon
1/2 stick butter
small amount of water to steam
How To Prepare: Season and fry up pork chops in oil.

Melt butter in saute pan. Add apples, stevia, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook until apples carmelize. Add a little bit of water and cover to "stew" for a few minute. Serve over pork chops.
