I have turned on many people to this because it tastes to darn good! Ingredients: 1-2lbs of Lean Ground Beef Head of lettuce Colbyjack Shredded cheese Tomato Onion Sour Cream (any other veggies you like) Queso sauce (mild to spicey depending on what you'd like) Garlic salt Pepper Mrs. Dash How To Prepare: Brown onion and ground beef Add seasonsings Add queso sauce let simmer on low for about 3 minutes Have your salad bowls ready! Add your ground beef on top of your lettuce. Put your shredded cheese on top of the warm beef. Add your tomatoes and other veggies. Top with sour cream. NOW YOU'RE READY TO EAT! Cons: None I used Fiesta Cheese(Walmart) and Walmart salsa. Added my own spices, cumin and chili powder mainly. This is delicious!!
