Pros: YUMMERS... collorfull soup
Cons: none

What I did was toss 2 chicken breasts, fresh garlic, peppers in a boiling pot water...then took it out to tear into shreads. Poured ovah the avacodo/cilantro and seasoned with no salt and lime. Left out the onion to make a bit lower carb for me. THANKYOU for this recipe.
Make sure and sit up straight and hold your pinky out while you eat this classy soup.

Pros: eeeeeeeeeeeazy!
Cons:

I've cooked it all together (4xthe amount) except for the avocado and used the food processer to "shred" it, heat it again to boiling and then pour it into small canning jars and seal them. Refrigerated them and then whenever someone is hungry they just pull out a small jar and heat it in to microwave.Nah! Sure is yummy! Thanks Southern-Dahlin Wink for letting me in on this new family favorite!
