Description: This dessert is just like cheesecake, but no baking required! Light, fluffy and decadent.
Ingredients: 6 oz. heavy whipping cream
16 oz. cream cheese, cubed, reduced fat
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. sugar substitute
How To Prepare: In a mixer, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside. Whip cream cheese
and add lemon juice, vanilla extract and sugar substitute. Once cream cheese is
completely smooth, fold whipped cream into cream cheese. Chill for 1 hour.
Tip: spoon into dessert glasses and top with chocolate shavings
Number of Servings: Yields 8

sometimes we divide them into ramekins and sometimes we just put it all in a bowl and eat a spoonful at a time!
