Description: Warning: very hot but great!! Makes a great tailgating dish!
Ingredients: 4-6 chicken breasts or chicken tenders, thawed
3/4 cup margarine
1/2 cup hot sauce (I use Franks)
2T crushed red pepper
1 pack of Lipton onion soup mix
3-4 T of white vinegar
How To Prepare: Mix all ingredients and then marinate chicken overnight. Place chicken in a baking dish and pour sauce on top. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes.


Also could easily be done in a crock pot.
Number of Servings: 4 - 6
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: not many
Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Pros: fast and easy
Cons: may be too hot for some

When doing this in the crock pot use frozen chicken breasts/tenders if cooking all day and add 1 1/2 - 2 cups water. Turns out great!
