Description: Delicious Low Carb Shake that even kids enjoy!
Ingredients: 1 Cup Carb Countdown Milk
½ scoop of whey protein
1 pkt sugar substitute, I prefer Stevia
5 Strawberries
5-6 ice cubes

How To Prepare: Mix in Blender, Serve, makes 2 servings.


You can do this with any type of fruit, kids love it like a Mcdonalds shake, but this is a healthy version!
