Description:

Ingredients:
|
2 tsp oil
1 large yellow onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp canned crushed garlic
2-3 fresh jalepeno's, chopped
3 tsp paprika
2 tsp dried oregeno
2 tsp ground cumin
chili powder to taste
1 lb lean ground beef
1 cup beef broth
1/2 sm can tomato paste
1 sm can tomato sauce
OPTIONAL INGREDIANTS:
If you dont mind your carbs being higher, you may also add 1/2 a can of kidney beans, as well/or some fresh diced or canned tomato's. Just keep in mind, this will cause your carb count to go up, even though they are very healthy indrediants!

How To Prepare:

Heat oin in medium sz saucepan on medium heat. Add on ion and cook until tender. Stir in garlic, paprika, oregano, cumin, 1 tsp salt. Mix ingrediants over med heat stiring constantly 30-60 seconds.
Add ground beef, mixing everything in the pan together well, cook until brown.
Reduce the heat to low.
Add beef broth, tomato paste and sauce. At this point, also add desired amount of chili powder to taste. If you choose to add the 'optional ingrediants' listed above, add them now as well.
Cook on low 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
