Ingredients:
|
7 oz. pumpkin (the orange one)
Half Spanish onion
1 leek
2 zucchinis
1/2 liter Water
salt&pepper
Ham bone
2 Spanish cured ham slices("Jamón serrano" in Spanish which is similar to prosciutto)
2 oz. heavy cream

How To Prepare:
|
Cook all the ingredients except the prosciutto and the heavy cream in the pressure cooker (aprox. 30 minutes)
When soft put in the food processor (including now the prosciutto) and mix well. Add the heavy cream and mix a bit more.
It´s delicious!!!!
