Description: This is a great Apple Spice Cake.
I usually make pumpkin squares (use pumpkin instead of applesauce). I make this once a week and alter it each time to get a different flavor, I love it. My kids really like it too!
Ingredients: Cake:
1 cup of Minicarb Apple Spice Pancake mix
1/2 cup of Davinci Spice Syrup (any flavor will work)If you use splenda, use 1 cup and add 24 carbs to the total recipe.
1 cup of unsweetened apple sauce (20 carbs total)
1 tspn baking powder
1/2 tspn baking soda
2 tspn cinnamon
1/2 tspn cloves
1 tspn all spice

Frosting:
4oz of softened cream cheese
1/4 cup of sweetener (I use Davinci Syrup)
1 tspn vanilla
(you can play with this sweetening as desired)
How To Prepare: Preheat oven to 350, grease an 8x8 pan

Cake:
Mix all cake ingredients together until smooth, pour in greased 8x8 pan.

Bake 350 for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Frosting (optional but I recommend it)
Beat together all ingredients until smooth and spread on cake.

Cut into 9 squares and enjoy!

Number of Servings: 9
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: Mine comes out at 3.33 per serving but it depends on the sweetener you use
Preparation Time: 10 minutes tops
Effort (Easy, Average, Difficult): Easy
