Ingredients: 10 wings
garlic salt
paprika
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce


How To Prepare: Sprinkle the wings with the paprika and garlic salt and spray the soy sauce over.
15 minutes maximum heat in microwave+grill.
Number of Servings: 1
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 1 carbs, 36 prot, 10 fat.

Pros: make as flavorful as you like
Cons: took a bit longer than expected

Tastes GREAT, next time I make them I think I will soak the wings in the soy sauce for a bit. A welcomed change of pace from the usual buffalo wings.
