Description: This is a favorite baked fish recipe from my husband's aunt, which I adapted for low carb.
Ingredients: 3 lbs. fish fillets (ocean perch, talipia, etc)
1 onion, chopped
1/2 bottle catsup (low-carb variety)
2 TBSP spicy brown mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
1 stick butter, melted
salt & pepper to taste
How To Prepare: Sprinkle fillets with salt & pepper.
Chop onions and blend together with catsup, mustard, lemon juice and melted butter.
Spread mixture over fillets and bake for approx. 20 mins.

Test for doneness with fork. Fish should be flaky.

Delicious served with low carb Cole Slaw and Fried Cauliflower
Number of Servings: approx. 4 servings
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: extremely low
Preparation Time: 30 mins.
Effort (Easy, Average, Difficult): Easy
