Description: This is Kinda like Shrimp Rockefeller, but better cuz there alot of it!
Ingredients: 1 pound Peeled cleaned Cooked Shrimp Any size except the tiny tiny ones


1 Package Frozen Spinach Defrosted excess water removed


About 6 Good Sized Mushrooms Cut to your desired size


1 Tablespoon of Butter


1/8 Cup Heavy Cream


1 clove garlic Chopped


1 teaspoon parmesan cheese


salt and pepper to taste
How To Prepare: Melt butter in a saute pan and add the garlic and mushrooms, saute a couple minutes until about half cooked, Add defrosted spinach and heat until warm throughout another minute. then add Cleaned Cooked shrimp and Cream, Toss until heated thru. and all ingredited are combined and coated. Put on a plate and top with Parmesan Cheese! WOO HOO THATS GOOD EATING!

Pros: Super Easy and delicious!
Cons:

This whips together in no time at all! I used olive oil out of habit instead of butter and it was great. I was a little worried because it's alot of spinach but it's very very tasty. I put it over rice for my husband, the nonAtkins guy and he loved it too!
