Pros:
Cons:

The taste was excellent but it didn't "look" appetizing - the cream cheese didn't get creamy but lumpy and the hot sauce made it look greasy but I loved it!!

Pros:
Cons:

This recipe is on Chowhound as Bonnie's Buffalo Wing dip. Her recipe is made with ranch. I made half a recipe using Emerils wing sauce because I could not find Frank's Hot Sauce which is what the original recipe strongly recommends. It says Crystal's Hot Sauce is pretty good too. It strongly urges you to not use Tabasco. I found the recipe to be fabulous! It had a lot of rave reviews on chowhound and those folks aren't low carbers. It doesn't look that pretty, but just put lots of cheese on top and don't let the cheese brown too much...you want it to be ooey-gooey. I didn't put the celery on top...I like to use celery sticks to eat the dip with. Tastes just like a hot wing.
