Still working these out, 2T of Splenda is not enough, I tried 3T, and still not sweet enough for my taste. Maybe because I used fresh lemon peel not the kind you buy????

Yuck! They don't taste like muffins

These had a yucky aftertaste. I couldn't eat any of them. They weren't sweet enough either. And I usually like carbquick, especially their drop biscuits. But I didn't like these.

This was my first Carbquik recipe. Pulled it right off the box. I will try others since the reviews are so good, however this recipe did not suit my palette. Not sweet enough for sure. I would probably have liked more tart taste too. So, if you plan on giving this recipe a shot, probably double the splenda and lemon juice. I will not try this recipe again.
