These brownies taste so good it makes you feel like you are cheating. This is the first time I've used CarbQuick and so far, I like it!

My husband surprised me with these. They looked just like the picture. They tasted the way they looked. The carb count was low enough that I was able to have two.
A Definate repeat on these!

Carb count is incorrect
Hi. Total carbs for this recipe as shown is 32. Since one cup of Splenda has 24 carbs & there are 4 cups required, the carb count is way off. The count for the unsweetened chocolate alone is 14.8. I quickly added up a count using Atkins totals and make this recipe out to be over 137 total (including icing) or 8.5 each. The Carbquik pound cake recipe on their website also appears incorrect. Did anyone else come to the same conclusion?

CARBCOUNT
If you're using granular Splenda then the carb count for 16 servings (JUST the Splenda) is 6 carbs per piece. That's not counting any of the other ingredients.
