Description:
Ingredients:
chayote squash
cinnamon
sucralose
LC maple pancake syrup
How To Prepare: peel, core and slice the chayote squash into little piece. add water till squash is covered.


microwave until tender. drain and add cinnamon, sweetner and syrup. pour mixture into a food


processor. process until it looks like apple sauce (either chunky or smooth). can serve warm


or chilled. NO FAT and VERY LOW IN CARBS!

Pros: great taste and texture
Cons: none

easy to make and really hits the spot when you need something sweet. Texture very similar to applesauce
