1/2 lb TJS low carb refigerated pizza dough (1lb is less than $2!!)
1 tbs cinnamon
1 tsp sucralose
LC maple pancake syrup
How To Prepare:
let dough get to room temperature and flatten out. spread sucralose on surface. then spread cinnamon (do it in this order because the cinnamon color will make sure the sweetner is well incorporated into the dough later). roll up and let sit for awhile until it rises almost double (i didn't time it, i ended up leaving it there because i forgot about it and it rose by itself!). now knead for about a minute until the cinnamon is blended throughout. flatten again and spread pancake syrup on top. bake at 300 deg F for about 30 - 40 minutes. no butter required and I SWEAR it tastes even better than a cinnabon and ANY OTHER LC bread I've ever tried!! NO FAT and very LOW IN CARBS!
