Ingredients: 1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder 2 tablespoons cumin 1 1/2 tablespoons paprika 1 1/2 tablespoons onion powder 1 tablespoon garlic powder 1/8- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne- depends on how spicy you like it How To Prepare: Mix all ingredients well and store in an airtight jar. I use 2 tablespoons of seasonings per pound of meat, which is about right. Recipie makes about 8 tablespoons, or 4 batches worth. Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: Just under 2 carbs per 2 tablespoons. Preparation Time: 3-5 minutes Effort (Easy, Average, Difficult): Easy Source:
