Description:
|
Something I concocted for my significant other who has gone low carb. This is fairly mild but still quite tasty - would probably work well with dill too.
|
|
Ingredients:
|
6 chicken drumsticks
1/2 cup heavy cream (9.6g)
3 1/2 tbsp melted butter (0.0g)
2 tbsp mayo (0.6g)
1 clove of garlic, minced (1.0g)
1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper (0.38g)
1/4 tsp dried rosemary (0.18g)
1/8 tsp dried thyme (0.08)
dash of salt
2 tsp parmesean cheese (0.6g)
|
|
How To Prepare:
|
Preheat oven to 390F.
Mix cream, melted butter, mayo, garlic, pepper, rosemary, thyme, and salt together. Place chicken in small roast pan and pour cream mixture over chicken. Sprinkle chicken with parmesean cheese. Bake at 390F for 45 minutes.
The "sauce" will look sort of curdled.... I do not personally use the leftover sauce (the sauce that has not baked onto the chicken) for anything, though I am sure it would taste fine.
