Description:
Ingredients: 1 package of cauliflower
1 egg*

1 Tablespoon Heavy Cream*
1 cup Baking Mix*
How To Prepare: Preheat deep fryer to 350-400 degrees.
Cut cauliflower from head into bite size pieces. No need to precook the cauliflower. Mix egg and cream together in a small dish and dip the cauliflower pieces in to coat. Bread the pieces using the baking mix. Place in deep fryer for 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy.

Also, can add Italian seasoning to the bread mix prior to coating the cauliflower for "faux Italian bread crumbs".

*Adjust your egg, cream, and baking mix amounts based on the amount of cauliflower to be made.

Pros: Common.. Its deep fried! Need I say more!?
Cons: You have to dig out the deep fryer

I tweaked this recipe to my taste. It definately needed salt, and adding the italian spices gave it a good "resteraunt" flavor. I used Red Mills low carb bake mix to coat it. Also, make sure that you really break up the cauliflower, large chunks don't get cooked as well.
