Ingredients:

2cups Kale
2tbsp butter or olive oil (butter gives it a richer taste)
2tbsp parmesan cheese grated
1/4tsp garlic powder
1/4tsp onion powder
1/4tsp chicken seasoning (make sure it's zero carbs)

How To Prepare:
|
Heat butter or oil over medium-high heat in medium skillet. Add kale and toss in butter over heat until the Kale softens (3-4 minutes). Season with garlic powder, onion powder and chicken seasoning, cook for another minute. Add parmesan and remove from heat, serve immediately.
