Description:
Ingredients: 2lbs. Ground Beef`
2-14.5oz. cans stewed tomatoes
1-6oz.. can Tomato Paste
1-4oz. green chile's (chopped)
1 lg. onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)

3 T. chili powder
1 C. water
3 Packets of Splenda
1/2 C. Hot Salsa(opt.)
1/2 C. Kidney Beans(opt.)
1 1/2 C. Parmasan Cheese
How To Prepare: Brown hamburger, onion, and minced garlic. Add chili powder, green chile's and with hamburger as it is browning. I in the mean time put stewed tomatoes, tomato paste, salsa, splenda and water inta a blender to chop up the tomatoes more. After this is chopped up and hamburger is done, add the tomato mixture with the hamburger, add beans and bring to a boil. Then add parmesan cheese and reduce heat, stir cheese in well. Simmer on low heat 15 min., then serve with shredded cheese(your choice). To reduce carb amount you can omit the kidney beans and salsa, This will bring carb count down to 6.08g. per 1c. serving. This is great with grilled cheese sandwiches using low carb bread. This really taste like lasagne without the noodles. ENJOY!!!

Pros:
Cons:

Not bad...I added some cumin and allspice as well and substituted the green chilis for green pepper. I recommend draining the fat after browning the meat.
