Description:
Ingredients: A Round Roast (whatever size you like)
One white onion
2 jars pepperoncinis
How To Prepare: Cut Round Roast in half and put all of roast in your crock pot/ slow cooker. Chop up onion and add that to pot. Pour both jars of pepperoncinis into pot juice and all. Turn on crock pot and cook away stir occasionally...should take a few hours to be done.
Number of Servings: Depends on size of roast
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: not many if any

Pros: easy
Cons: none

Very good, very easy! Nice and different. I used 1 jar of pepperocinis and 1 jar of the spicy, pickled vegetables. Yum! We used the leftover meat a couple of days later in stir fried noodles.
