Description:
Ingredients: 1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon oregano -- or
marjoram dried
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground
allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground
pepper
1 clove garlic -- halved
2 1/2 pounds pork roast --
boneless single loin
1 whole lime -- quartered
How To Prepare: In a small mixing bowl,
grind and stir together
seasonings. Rub garlic
over pork roast, then rub
spice mixture over top and
sides of roast.
Place roast on a rack in a
shallow roasting pan. Insert
a meat
thermometer. Roast at
325F for 1 to 1 3/4 hours or
until juices run clear
and thermometer registers
160F to 170F. Transfer to
serving platter, squeeze
lime juice over roast
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 13g carbs total
