Description:
Ingredients: 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 cup regular milk
1/2 to 3/4 cup water


5 Russell Stovers Dark Chocolatey sugar free chocolate candies (melted)
1/4 teaspoon Vanilla
1 packet Equal or other Artificial Sweetener
How To Prepare: In a double boiler melt the dark chocolate pieces. In a separate bowl mix the heavy whipping cream, milk and water together. Slowly stir in the milk mixture to the melted chocolate. Add vanilla and sweetner. (Add more or less vanilla and sweetner to taste.


Rich and creamy, and I can enjoy hot chocolate with my kids on a cold morning. My husband enjoys it too!

Pros:
Cons:

This is a better tasting recipe. Still I would reccomend Kroger's FAT FREE HOT CHOCOLATE (It only has 4 grams of carbs.) if you are looking for something quick and easy.

Pros: Nice if you're not strict on the carbs!!
Cons: Deceptive carb count!

Milk and chocolate are too high in carbs. May be ok on maintenance as a treat.
