Description:
Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef
1/2 pound ground pork
1 onion
crushed up pork rhinds
salt
pepper
garlic powder
worchestershire sauce
1/8 cup ketchup
3 eggs
any other spices you like


How To Prepare: mix all up in a bowl adding
enough crushed up pork
rinds to make it a loaf
consistency. Put in a loaf
pan and bake at 350 for
about an hour.

Pros: yummy and cheap!
Cons:

This meatloaf recipe far surpasses any traditional recipe. The pork rinds add a very unique flavor. You can also use this recipe to make ground pork burgers!We've made this many many times and never tire of it!
