How To Prepare: Hard boil the eggs and
cool. Divide sausage pkg in
to 4 equal parts and form
patties. Wrap eggs in
patties forming them
around the eggs evenly.
Place on a cookie sheet
and bake at 350 for 25 to 35
minutes till done. Slice and
eat. Also good cold. Made
ahead of time, these make
great quickie breakfasts for
those who don't have alot of
time in the morning. I make
them on the weekend and
they last me all week.

Pros: Very good, quick and easy
Cons:

Was good, easy and not that time consuming to make. Would reccomend reheating in oven VS. microwave as nuking mine made the sausage rubbery.

Pros: yummy even with other bulk sausage
Cons: peeling the eggs ;-

I used 1 lb. of the bulk italian sausage from my butcher, to cover 4 hard boiled eggs. These are very filling. I sometimes can't finish a whole one. Its a great way to use up the hard boiled eggs
