Description:
Ingredients: 4 medium thickness slices
of Turkey Breast
cheese of choice
2 tablespoons onion
2 tablespoons green
pepper
2 tablespoons salsa
2 tablespoons sour cream
How To Prepare: Fill the middle of each
turkey slice with cheese
and roll up like a tortilla.
Sautee the onions and
pepper in a little butter until
soft. Sprinkle over the top of
your turkey rolls. Microwave
with a little more cheese if
you want, just until the
cheese has melted. Top
with sour cream and salsa.


NOTES : Counts for cheese
not included in totals.

Pros: easy
Cons:

I will nuke the cheese in the turkey first...longer, before adding the toppings and re-nuking until the top cheese is melted. Smile Tasted good. Really was a lifesaver for us, too, as we were wondering what we would do with our turkey breast this evening. :D
