How To Prepare: 1. Select a type of fish you enjoy. I use Red Snapper.
2. Debone it thuroughly.
3. Cut into small chunks.
4. Soak small chunks in beaten eggs.
5. Roll fish in grated parmesan cheese.
6. Deep fry until done. (with Red Snapper it's about 8 minutes)

WOW...I would have never dreamed this could look and taste this good!!! My husband and I are from a seafood area and REALLY miss the traditionally fried seafood when dieting, but with this recipe, there is ABSOLUTELY nothing to miss! We used fresh flounder...A+++!

This is very good when you want deep-fried fish.Especially w/tartar sauce and lemon juice.
