Description:
Ingredients: 1 cup mayonnaise
8 ounces cream cheese -- softened
6 ounces crab meat -- (1 6 oz. can) flaked
6 ounces shrimp, canned -- crushed
4 scallions -- chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese -- shredded
How To Prepare: Mix mayo and cream cheese together with mixer. Drain seafood. Mix all ingredients together. Chill overnight. Voila!

Pros: You can eat this all day, and not over carb :)
Cons: Nope

This is yummy on pork rinds.
