Description:
Ingredients: 1 pound pork sausage --
hot, in roll
2 cups sharp cheddar
cheese -- shredded
1 cup Atkins bake mix
How To Prepare: Preheat oven to 3350
degress Cover large cookie
sheet with heavy duty tin foil


Mix all together and roll into
1" balls. Bake for 30-35
minutes


Makes approximately 60
balls Remove from sheet
and throw away foil. Voila
the cookie sheet should be
clean!


Can be made ahead of
time, frozen uncooked on
cookie sheet and then
placed in a freezer bag.
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 19g carbs total

Cons:

These keep nicely in a ziploc bag for two or three days, so make a batch before you go away for the weekend...they can really save you from snacking disasters!
