Description:
Ingredients: 6 pork loin chops --
boneless
1 tablespoon coriander
seed
butter for cooking
1 1/2 pounds strawberries
1 package artificial
sweetener
1 tablespoon balsamic
vinegar
salt
black pepper
How To Prepare: slice strawberries, sprinkle
with sweet n low, toss, set
aside


score pork loins on both
sides, salt and pepper pork
loins, set aside


sprinkle balsamic vinegar
and a shake of pepper over
strawberries, toss, set
aside


melt butter over medium
heat, saute coriander
seeds remove most of
seeds when browned
add pork loins, cook until
brown (2-3 minutes), turn,
brown other side


portion: 2 loins served w/ a
couple tblsp. of
strawberries on the side
and a fresh salad. serves
as a wonderful, legal,
substitute for apple sauce!
exotic and delicious. you
will have extra strawberries
leftover to use
in other ways (w/cream
cheese in an omelette, as a
snack, etc.)

I put hte strawberries OVER the pork loins, loved this recipe!
also put some of the berries over a bed of spinach with bacon bits as a small side salad. It was a Berriliscous meal!
