Description:
Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup cream
2 eggs
1 Tablespoon butter --
melted
1/4 cup shredded cheddar
cheese
How To Prepare: combine all ingredients
except cheese.
beat at medium speed with
an electric blender until
smooth. stir in cheese.
heat a well greased muffin
tin at 425 degrees for 3
minutes or until very
hot.
spoon in batter, filling 2/3
full
bake at 425 degrees for 15
minutes, reduce heat, and
bake at 350 for 25 more
minutes, or until golden
brown. serve immediately.
yield: 8 popovers

Pros: Flavor reminds me of Red Lobster's buscuits!
Cons: They don't really pop over the pan like popovers do.

These are wonderful. I have a portion control problem so I'll have to make sure I don't make them when there's no one around to help me eat them!
