Description:
Ingredients: 16 ounces cream cheese -- (2 packages)
1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch dry salad dressing mix
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts -- drained and coarsely chopped


3 tablespoons parsley -- minced
1 small jar roasted red peppers
How To Prepare: Cream the cheese with the salad dressing mix. In a separate bowl, mix artichoke hearts, roasted peppers and parsley. Line a loaf pan or 3 cup bowl with plastic wrap. Alternate layers of cheese mixture with vegetables, beginning and ending with cheese in prepared pan or bowl. Chill
several hours or overnight. Invert pan or bowl on a plate, remove plastic wrap. Serve with wasa crackers.


NOTES : Makes an especially colorful and impressive appetizer for a party, and can be prepared ahead of time.

Pros: looks tatstey and easy, no baking required
Cons: no carb count

when i try it i will let you know
