Description:
Ingredients: 2 cups soya powder -- zero
carb
1 cup ground walnuts -- or
almonds
2 eggs -- beaten
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup canola oil
2 tablespoons onion
powder -- optional
2 tablespoons garlic
powder -- optional
pepper
salt
1/4 cup wheat bran

How To Prepare: Combine all ingredients
adjusting with seltzer for
liquid if too dry or more soya
powder if too wet until
mixture pulls away from
side of bowl and forms a
ball. Roll into an
approximately 1-1/2" log
and slice as thin as you
can; chill dough if
necessary. I tried baking
and frying and got the best
results with the fryer; so
deep fry about 2-1/2
minutes on each side until
golden and ENJOY for trace
carbs as this will make
approximately 100
"crackers".
NOTES : Counts for soya
powder not incuded in
totals.
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 48g carbs total
Effort (Easy, Average, Difficult): Easy
