Ingredients: 8 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup artificial sweetener
-- to taste
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/4 cup unsweetened
1/2 cup atkins bake mix
How To Prepare: Melt butter. Stir in splenda
and vanilla. Beat eggs in
one at a time.
Stir in mix and cocoa. Pour
into greased pan. Cook at
350 for about 30 minutes.
I baked in a greased 8x8
pan. This recipe is easy to
double if you want bigger
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 32g carbs total

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Was easy to follow and has a good taste
Cons: Didn't puff up much, pretty flat brownies

I would recommend these if you are craving brownies. I substituted Davinci syrup for part of the splenda to lower the carb count. I also put the ganache on top - very good

They are really flat though - maybe try an extra egg or double the recipe. The flavor was pretty good though - my whole family ate them up which was a good thing.
