Description:
Ingredients: no itemized ingredients

How To Prepare: Fill blender 2/3 full with
crushed ice. Add 1/2 cup
heavy
cream and 5 pks Splenda.
Blend until consistency of
soft
serve ice cream; you may
need to add a litte water if
too
stiff.


Add to mixture:
1/2 cup butterscotch "chips"
(instructions below)
1/2 cup toasted pecans
(instructions below)


Butterscotch "chips":
One Tbs softened cream
cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 pkg dry sugar-free
butterscoth pudding
1 pkg Splenda


Mix well and place into
piping bag or cone shaped
parchment
paper; squirt out dime-sized
blobs on parchment paper
and
place in freezer until firm;
scrape them up and keep in
a
bowl in the freezer; (it
makes a ton)


Toasted pecans:
Melt 1 Tbs butter in frying
pan; add 1Tbs Brown Sugar
Twin
and chopped nuts; stir until
they look toasted.
