Ingredients:

Crust
1 package tea biscuits,
crushed
1 stick butter
Filling
16 ounces Cream Cheese
2 Eggs
1 cup splenda -- 24
packets, or sweetner of
choice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
|

How To Prepare:
|
Crust: Melt the butter, then
add the crushed tea
biscuits to make the crust.
Spread it in a 9" pie pan.
Filling: Cream together and
pour into prepared crust.
Bake for 40 minutes at 350
degrees. Refrigerate for 3
hours.
NOTES : Counts for tea
biscuits not included in
totals.
