Description:
Ingredients: 2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup heavy cream
4 ounces cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons
unsweetened cocoa
powder
3 tablespoons artificial
sweetener -- to taste
Pecans
How To Prepare: In sauce pan melt butter
with cream and cr. cheese,
wisk together until
smooth and bubbly.
Remove from heat and cool
a bit, wisk in vanilla, cocoa
and AS (splenda the best).


On wax paper arrange
pecan halves into 4s (like
turtle legs) and plop a
spoonfull of choc mixture on
to the middle of each set of
legs. Cool in
frig till firm (keep
refrigerated or they get too
soft).


Makes about 15


ps - this choc mixture
refrigerated in a small pan
makes a nice fudge type
treat too.
NOTES : Counts for pecans
not included in totals.
