coconut meat -- freezer
section
1/2 cup splenda
1 egg
How To Prepare: Beat egg and sugar
substitute till creamy.
Add coconut bake at 300 for
12 -15 min.
Number of Servings: 9
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 37g carbs total

Pros: Love coconut mac!!! quick and easy
Cons: needed more ingred. to hold together

Excellent using 2 eggs, 3/4 cup almond flour, 1/4 tsp vanilla and 1/4 tsp almond extract, 21/2 cups of shredded unsweetedned coconut, 1/8 baking powder and 3/4 cup splenda, mix dry and then wet, fold together, then fold in coconut, put on cookie sheet, press into flattened balls, cook on 325 for 15 min, and yummy, stays together and can't tell the difference between the originals
!!
