Description:
Ingredients: 8 ounces cream cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice --
ReaLemon brand
1/4 cup Rose's Lime juice
10 ounces evaporated milk
-- (2 small cans)
2 packets gelatin powder,
unsweetened -- Knox brand
1 cup Splenda -- or other
artificial sweetener
How To Prepare: In a small bowl, mix 2 c
water with 2 packets of
geleatin, follow the
instruction on the box. In a
medium-sized mixing bowl,
Mix cheese, lemon juice
and lime juice
until the elements meld
well. Add one can of
evaporated milk at a time
while continuing to mix.
After gelatin has cooled,
add the sweetener to it and
allow it to sit
for 5 minutes at room
temperature. Slowly add
this to the cheese
mixture. Refrigerate for 12
hours before serving.
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 84g carbs total
