Description:
Ingredients: 1 box sugar free lemon jello
1 box sugar free vanilla
pudding
16 ounces cream cheese --
or neuchatal, softened
16 ounces sour cream
4 splenda packets -- (4 to 7)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
heavy cream (optional - to
taste)
1 cup boiling water


How To Prepare: Mix jello and pudding with
boiling water until well
blended. Add all other
ingredients and blend well.
Pour into pie pan (can use
sliced almonds as a crust)
and chill until set. Top with
whipped heavy cream
NOTES : Counts for
pudding mix, jello and
whipped cream not
included in totals.
Number of Servings: 10

Very easy to make and alot of flavor. I made a crust from walnuts and butter to go with it and it was wonderful.:d
