Pros: Totally delicious - in every way!
Cons: Actual crab meat can be a bit pricey... locally, it runs about $20.00 a pound!

This recipe is definitely one of my favorites now! Everyone in the house adores it! It's nice to have something new and different to those pork rinds that fill our cupboards in! It tastes absolutely great, and is really easy to make!

The only thing that can dampen my spirits about this recipe, is the price of authentic crab meat... so it will have to be an occasional treat.
