Description:
Ingredients: 8 hard -cooked eggs
1/2 cup shredded cheddar
cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup salsa
2 tablespoons green
onions -- sliced
1 tablespoon sour cream
salt to taste
How To Prepare: Slice eggs in half
lengthwise, remove yolks
and set whites aside. In a
small bowl, mash
yolks with cheese,
mayonnaise, salsa, onions,
sour cream and salt. Evenly
fill the egg whites.
Serve immediately or chill
until ready to serve. May
sprinkle with paprika if
desired.
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 6g carbs total

Pros: Very well liked by everyone.
Cons:

I made 3x this batch for my Cinco de Mayo party and these went over very well. There were none left at the end of the night.

Pros: These can be eaten so quickly
Cons:

I made these with all the ingredients but omitted the mayo and added more sour cream. YUMMY! I made them for me and my husband but ate most of them.
