How To Prepare: Place the pork rinds on a plate. Sprinkle with cheese, olives, and jalapenos. Microwave 30-45 seconds. Serve with sour cream.

Pros: Easy to make, ingredients pretty much on hand.
Cons: None

It was really good. I don't have jalapenos and I don't like olives... but what I made was good!!! Nice alternative to Nachos.
