*kashi-good friends cereal 1 box
1 cup of each:
walnuts sliced almonds
pecans 2 tsp cinnimon or splenda to taste
** you can add other dry fruits if you wish
How To Prepare:
in a large ziplock bag add everything and toss to mix.
You get cruchy and chewy with this treat. Low carb and low sugars. Keep air tight.

Kashi has 4 carbs per 3/4 cup add carbs for fruits and nuts.
