Pros: great new taste
Cons: none

I placed 3 Tbsp of sesame seeds, and a small drop of sesame oil in the food processor with the garlic and coconut milk. Blended. I skipped the mushrooms just for this time and added ginger and onion to the broccoli. I also put in a splash of low sodium soy sauce. I realize the consistency and texture would be different if using the tahini, but flavor is good with the seeds this way, too. Will make again with the mushrooms.
